If your bicycle is equipped with a Trek Knock Block headset system, you will require the Shotgun Pro Adapter in order to install the Shotgun Pro. The Trek Knock Block adapter replaces one of your 10mm spacers, and the Shotgun Pro spacer (included with your Pro seat) replaces another 10mm spacer. This means that one of your own 10mm spacers will remain directly under your stem. It is important to note that the minimum clearance required under the stem for proper installation is 30mm (from the headset to the bottom of the stem).
